We’ve eaten at their food truck and we also had them deliver for our wedding. No exaggeration – more than half of the guests came up to us (many born and raised Texans) and went off about how that was the best BBQ they’ve ever had. The ribs fall off the bone and have amazing flavor, everything is moist and flavorful. The amount of food was more than enough for everyone to have as much as they want. My best friend and I are super picky about meat and even she was saying how good it was. We felt very lucky to be able to serve a meal at our wedding that was so overwhelmingly positively received. We live 2 hours away, but whenever we are in town, we are absolutely stopping here to eat and getting enough for leftovers. Also, you MUST grab some of the banana pudding – so good!!
I’ve been many times on Friday or Saturday for brisket and egg tacos. I’ve also been several times for a chopped beef sandwich. I’m always very happy w the portions and quality of my food. Friendly service and great food.
Ordered lean brisket. As you can see in the Pic, it was not lean. Not even close. Brisket had a good flavor but not very smoky. Dino rib was mostly bone and fat. Very little meat for the high cost. Jalapeno sausage was weird. It had these blobs in it. Not sure what they were. Don’t think they were fat. Didn’t taste like cheese. Filler, I guess. If you want BBQ sauce, you have to buy a bottle from them. Potato salad was bland. I won’t be going back.
