Definitely some of the best barbecue I’ve tasted The best sweet tea. Reminded me of my grandpa’s sun tea. Loved the potato salad and buttermilk pie So glad I watched the High on the Hog Netflix show and discovered this place. Staff is super welcoming and truly care about their barbecue. Ribs were yummy and still the cook felt they weren’t his best that day
I have been going here since I was a kid. I am sure there are better places, but to help a church, and get some amazing BBQ… You just can’t beat it… The story is enough to bring people in the door. A must try if you are hungry driving to Houston.
