We saw thus restaurant on TikTok and they did NOT disappoint. The brisket was some of the best we have ever had. It was crispy on the edges and moist and mouth watering to the taste and eyes! It just broke apart in your mouth. We had seasoned potatoes and cowboy baked beans. The food was amazing. The restrooms were clean and the woman that cleans the tables was so polite and personable! We can’t wait to visit again. This restaurant will remain in our rotation as a “must stop.”
Great BBQ with friendly service in an open and relaxing atmosphere. Stopped in and had the brisket with Mac and cheese and friend okra and all was great. My biggest complaint was the Mac was a bit heavy but the brisket was some of the best I’ve had, tender and flavorful and you could cut it with a fork. Service was fast and friendly and the place was clean and open. It’s a bit off the beaten path but a great place to stop for lunch or dinner.
Definitely one of the better restaurants in Seguin, if not the best. The brisket sandwich was really, really good. Had a great smokey flavor to it. Definitely different than brisket I’ve tried elsewhere. The potato salad was ok, a little too much mayo, I think. The barbecue here is top notch. Just adding a little to my prior review. Visited Schulze’s again and got sliced brisket and their regular sausage. Both really good. This time, instead of the regular potato salad, I got the baked potato salad. This side was awesome. I believe they changed out the mayo for sour cream, and I’m sure there were other differences, but this side was really good. Green beans were good as well. And then got their apple cobbler in a cup, to go. Very good as well. Have not been disappointed eating here.
