This is a solid Chinese skewer location. We got seated immediately and their ordering system is done through your phone/QR code. The service in the building for cellular devices is not great, so it took forever to get the verification code to sign up for their membership. Otherwise, ordering was easy and fast. After you place your order, they verify what you’ve chosen. Food comes out at a good pace/speed – some things were fresh and hot while others seem like they’d been cooked for some time so it was warm not hot. The pork belly, onion rings, tendon came out hot. The lamb and beef were warm. I personally like it spicier, so I had to add the chili powder and skewer powder that’s available on the table. They do incentivize you to do reviews such as x amount dollars off or a free drink depending on the social media app – I opted to do this review without it as I wanted to see if it was actually good or just spam reviews. It is quite expensive, likely as it is a chain and in an expensive part of Allen near the outlets. They do have liquor and close at 2AM, so definitely seems like a late night out spot to hang with friends. The interior design is super cute and I loved the vibe, the food was aight but a little too pricey for skewers in my opinion. I would come back to try their entrees/plates and drinks as those looked really good.
Absolutely love this place. This place is a 11/10. Every . Single.time. I have yet to come here for drinks but I bet the vibe is on point. Get here before 630pm for the specials. Dan Dan noodles are a must . We end up ordering the small beef and small lamb , prawns, corn (single kernels), and the pork. Truly, chefs kiss! Alex, the server gives the best reccs.
Really fun restaurant to check out. Love the ambience. Super cute lights decor. There’s a ton of good skewer options to try out For drinks, highly recommend the grapefruit tea drink. It was our favorite but the drink does overflow so make sure to drink a bit when you first get it! The beef skewers were our fav skewers. You get some sunflower seeds as a starter too, which is pretty neat. Overall, would recommend this restaurant!!
