I stopped by for lunch on my way through. The restaurant has a very nice small town diner feel with lots of local people eating. Prices are very affordable. I had the enchilada special and they were excellent. I usually prefer salsa verde on my enchiladas but these came with a red sauce that was very good. If you live here you probably already know about this place but if you are passing through like I was and looking for a good place to eat cheaply, this is it.
Stopped into Adelitas in Ballinger, Texas and all I can say is FREAKING YUMMY!!!! This is a small mom and pop but WOW does it pack an AMAZING FLAVOR! It was sooo good we went 2 days in a row! Great portions, great flavors, superb service with a smile and the BEST bang for the buck! Absolutely in love with the place. They do close at 2pm though. (FYI) They have all day breakfast. Will most certainly stop by again many times! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️ #mexicanfood
