Band of Brothers BBQ

I was in Killeen for a short period of time for a course, and being in Texas, you have to get BBQ! I was looking at reviews and found this spot. Very welcoming upon entering the place. The owner, James, is a super great guy and really made it feel “homey”. Makes me sad I have to leave Texas! Overall, the service was stellar, the facility was very clean, and the food was absolutely amazing. The food was so great that we went two days in a row! My least favorite thing I ate was probably the pinto beans. They lacked flavor in my opinion… Now, my favorite things that I ate were the Mexican street corn and the Ribs… DELICIOUS. If you are ever in Killeen, or have to go to Fort Cavazos for any reason, please make a stop at band of brothers BBQ!! Super delicious food, a great staff, and overall just a great place. Food so good it makes you want to take a fat nap afterwards!! Thank you Band of Brother’s BBQ for such a a great experience.

We are travelers from Korea. I admired the kindness of the brothers here and it was a very fun experience. The food here was real delicious. We couldn’t speak English well, but ordering food was not a problem. We will visit again to eat delicious food. See you again, brothers – I received the drink in a cup, but I didn’t bring it. It’s disastrous. –
