On Christmas Day, Big Daddy’s was open serving brisket on plate or on a sandwich and ribs. Potato chips and soda. While Nate bones, it is also the essence of bbq. A man, his craft and those open minded enough to pull over by the side of the road and see is being served today. Brisket was tasty, tender and pulled a Ratatouille(Movie) on me by transporting me to my youth to the moments when I first had some Texas Q. Ribs weren’t ready for a few more minutes, but I was fortunate enough to have the owner share some rib tips, very good . Can’t wait to pass by again and try whatever they have cooking, and you should too.
We had the rib plate and the brisket plate. Both were done to perfection. The sides, potato salad and beans were very good as well. We were very pleased with our meal and will definitely be back!
