Bill Miller BBQ

Update September 14 2024 4x Different times they try to be slick charge $5 bbq sauce. Caution people idk why ya are doing this but it’s Annoying now I have to DRIVE 35 MIN IN TO TOWN to go to a Bill mills instead of 15 min use to love this location. That’s because after the 1st 2x I asked them before ya are not charging me for bbq they said no 2x diffrent times when I get receipts it’s on there. +(*) My wife and I got a chop bun each, the day before in the morning before 3pm, HEYYY THEY were delicious chop buns and they were Full of Filling which was NICE. -(**)TODAY we went at 8:20 pm GRANTED I KNOW they close I think 9 pm BUT if they didn’t have Chop bun Meat they should have said something we bought 6 Pack Chops which had MAYBE a Spoon of filling it was ridiculous Potion of filling is always OFF I really WISH ya where consistent on filling weight. -(*) it’s usually $12 , We added a portion of CRAPPY BROWNIES (HEB 2 BITES BROWNIES ARE 200 stars+(*) then I added Refill on a Bill miller cup and 2 free sample bbq sauce it came out to $20 I told my wife why so much? The lady repeated the order so we thought okay MAYBE PRICE went up on chop buns, asked for print out she charged ME ALMOST $5 for 2 bbq sauces. She “REFUNDED” THE BBQ SAUCE PRICES but nothing showing on my acct I’ll wait 10 business days. -(*)When we got home 20 min drive …… not ONLY where we Disappointed in the SMALL spoon of filling in the sandwiches. When I go to the bag with the pickles and onions INSTEAD of STACKING THE CONTAINERS because they have onion and pickle vinegar juice. They put ALL the containers SIDEWAY so the entire Bag of sandwiches EVERYTHING GOT ALL this liquid everywhere including my Pj’s and floor. I was so upset we didn’t eat I just threw it out side for dogs. Which where very pleased . Everyone has their off days and I understand but wow today was just a disaster I mean COME ON comen senses you DON’T put liquid containerS side ways SMH USUALLY TAKE PICTURES but I was too upset and hungry trying to clean up everything SMH Just have picture of receipt charged me almost $5 for bbq sauce ridiculous. February 2024 +(**) Great Customer service No complaints & Repeated my order Everything was correct in the bag. +(**) Food was Hot Fresh and Delicious I’ll tell you one thing I will No longer drive in town to bill millers this is only 10 min from me but The chop bun was so Perfectly Soft Fresh , and they load up those chop buns I hate when even one does them so tiny more bread than anything fries always hot fresh crispy delicious tea always yummy ty +(*) Just because I LOVE LOVE LOVE BILL MILLERS FOR ME EVERYTHING 10 OUT 10 LOL MY PERSONAL FAV green beans , or there sausage links , Brisket! TENDERS!!!! YUMMMM !

Friendly and fast service. The portion sizes were nice. The ribs were good, I just didn’t think they were great. We did enjoy our meal and will visit again. I liked potato salad, it was tasty. The chicken was very good.

Traveling from San Antonio to Del Rio to drop off my daughter. Stop a this Bill Miller’s and was very disappointed. Spent 30.00 on breakfast tacos, that was a joke. Compared to other Bill Millers this one is bad. Just take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
