If you have not ever been to Billy’s old fashioned barbecue in Jasper you need to try the food is wonderful and the people are great
Had I not been recommended to Billy’s by a local Jasper resident. I probably would have never found it or even known it was open for business. The place won’t win any awards for how nice it looks outside or inside. But I bet they would be in the running for top prize on the food they put out. I ordered the sliced brisket sandwich. It was huge and ohh so tasty. It had probably near or over a pound of meat in it. The potato salad was made with more mustard than my liking. The next day talking to locals they say the Rib sandwich is the secret menu item to order. I look forward to trying that on my next visit.
