I’ve been doing competition Barbeque for the last 20 years and Catering for the last 10 years and the food that Burnt Bean Co put out is just another level there is nobody on the planet making barbecue taste good! The attention to detail and everything being homemade it’s just a flavor profile that is just off the chains! Do not go to this restaurant and just order one thing splurge and spend $75-$100 and get just about everything on the menu and share family style with people and get one of his awesome T-shirts to boot! Breakfast on Sunday mornings is the bomb and I highly highly recommend the Cassanova plate, Blue October and the Lamb ribs! Get a Big Red Soda for sure and then get a dessert and stuff yourself to the last minute and enjoy every bite! 5 stars is not enough for this restaurant it deserves a perfect perfect 10!
We stopped at the Burnt Bean on a road trip and our entire experience was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were torn on what to order since everything looked so good! We ended up ordering the brisket, turkey, street corn pudding and southern green beans… everything melted in your mouth! Some of the best turkey I’ve had in barbecue, brisket was awesome, teeming with flavor in both the fatty and lean cuts. To our surprise, one of the servers later brought us their signature El Cinco sausage complimentarily since we couldn’t decide earlier. It was so juicy and flavorful with a tender inside and a smoky flavor. Absolutely delicious! Some of the best barbecue we’ve ever had and we live in a Texas! We will certainly be back. Worth the detour off I-10.
A++ top rated BBQ from my experience. Fall off the bone rib meat and my favorite brisket (maybe ever). Super delicious sides. The corn pudding is a thing of dreams.
