We Ordered 10lbs of Brisket,4lbs of the jalapeno/cheese sausage and 4lbs of regular sausage. it was AMAZING the Brisket fell apart no need of a knife and both Sausages were Great! Also we had a pound left over and I had it Monday for lunch it was still Tender and Amazing! I grew up eating Great BBQ (City Market Luling Texas) and Coach has hit a Homerun on his BBQ. We are having Him cater My Son and Daughter in Laws Rehearsal Dinner. Can’t Wait! Thanks Coach N BBQ for a 5 Star Experience! If you Live anywhere close YOU NEED TO TRY THIS BBQ!
My family and I have enjoyed Coach’s BBQ. My favorite are the ribs but the brisket and chicken have been fabulous as well. Coach catered Mother’s Day. It was DELICIOUS!!
Coach took care of our private party with exceptional service. We had brisket, chicken, sausage, ribs and several sides and everything was amazing. I highly recommend Coach to anyone looking to cater a gathering.
