Davis bbq is some of the best dang bbq I have ever had. Meet falls off the bone, their cabbage is the best I have eaten, and everyone was so friendly. Honestly, best bbq in a long long time. Next time we are here, we will be back!!
We had a really great lunch here. I think we tried everything on the menu, brisket, sausage, ribs, green beans, cabbage, potato, salad, and corn. Everything was really really good, their barbecue sauce is delicious.
Drove out from Bastrop based on the positive reviews. I must have gotten them on a bad day. Brisket was fair at best. The ribs were good. The pork was okay. Potato salad and the cabbage were the stars of the meal. Mac and cheese was sub par. Green beans tasted like they were out of a can. I was hoping for a better experience. I cannot recommend it and won’t return. Hopefully you have a better experience.
