Everytime we eat here no one else is ever eating there. Again as usual we got there around 6:30pm my wife asked what meats they have available. The lady snapped at her and said they are up there and point rudely at the board. My wife asked for a 2 meat plate, burnt ends and sliced brisket. Again the lady snapped we don’t have either of those. That was the reason we asked in the first place. So we went ahead and ordered a 2 meat plate with ribs and sausage our 2 sides was macaroni and potatoe salad. She rang it all up it came to 47.98 I paid. They brought out the food and boy was that a disappointment. There was 2 ribs mostly bone. And 6 slices of sausage. The macaroni was hard and cold. We have ate there several times and never had this type of experience. It was horrible and we will not ever go back. It is sad when we left I was still hungry that’s how little of good they gave us. For 50.00 I can find a much better option than bad rude service and little food portions.
We have gotten sliced brisket to go from Dickeys for years. Purchased a pound yesterday. The meat was dry, tough and chewy. It’s what my wife wanted for her birthday meal. We ended up throwing it out. Very disappointed considering what it cost now. Will not be going back here.
Basic BBQ. But sliced beef BBQ was all dried up, way over seasoned. Tasted like corned beef. Not very good. Prices have really gone up. $35 for a baked potato loaded and a BBQ sandwich combo.
