This place is horrible, for one they are hardly ever open and two they don’t ever let you put your phone number in to apply digital coupons and when you tell them that you want to add digital coupons they act like they don’t know how to do it. If I could give them a zero star review I’d do that. They don’t even deserve a one star
Crappie customer service. Items are all priced wrong and employees won’t even help you to figure out what’s going on. Customers are left to walk back and forth to the counter to get a price on items that are not in the correct spot. Even then the rolls are blocked off with carts full of items that need to be put away and no one is working on them. Instead employees are having a smoke brake or on their phones. And to top it off the store hardly has what you’re looking for and is always a mess. Obviously this store isn’t doing very well. They can’t even keep employees for long periods of time. Always new faces and bad attitudes.
It’s alright… Almost every every time I walk in here, it’s a mess: boxes everywhere, shelves disorganized and cluttered, etc. I wish they had actual clothing racks. It’s difficult to look through the clothes when they’re so packed into one space. I gave it for stars because most of their employees have good customer service skills.
