We enjoyed going here for a late lunch. The crowd is heavy at that time. The food was great. The ribs fall apart, but still got a bite to it. I also like how the food isn’t Drenched in bbq sauce. The sides are made were, in my opinion, they speak for themselves. Just simple good food that’s well seasoned. The coconut shrimp and the mango habanero dipping sauce had a kick to it. Good thing the beer was cold. Service was great and attentive. We will be back for sure.
Love the food, and it’s a locally owned restaurant. It’s a bar inside and feels like one, dark and dingy. Power through that or sit on the patio and you will love I! Great happy hour and even better service!
We really liked this place but I guess we had never been there at closing. They did last call at 12:15. At 12:30 (closing time) they were kicking everyone out. Literally. Telling us “You need to leave.” My husband was LITERALLY sipping on his drink (at 12:32) when the manager (Dom) came over and snatched the cup away from his hand AS HE WAS STILL SIPPING!!! Do not do last call at 12:15 if you’re gonna demand people finish their drinks within 15 minutes. We paid for those drinks and they took 2 almost full glasses away. The “security” was very rude. Even at major restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings, they let us finish our drink even if it is in a hurry. Never have we ever had a drink snatched out of our mouth. Absolutely unprofessional and rude! Will not be going back.
