Food was tasteless and chewy, not fresh or flavorful. I paid over $80 for me and 3 young granddaughters and it wasn’t worth half that. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone. Many other Chinese buffets are within 15 minutes that have more variety, taste better and are much more reasonably priced.
Not very impressed with the new buffet. I was seated quickly but waited 10 minutes and waitstaff never came and took a drink order or asked if I would like to order a la catre. Gave up and took the buffet option. I had to wave down a waitstaff to order a drink after I had gotten food. The food was OK, not nearly as flavorful as previous visits. I was very disappointed that I was handed my check after 10 minutes of finally getting my drink. Dinner was not worth the price.
The new Chinese buffet is a hit in Bellville. Business has really picked up at the Golden Pagoda after they changed to an all you can eat buffet. The wait staff keeps the food stocked and drinks filled. In addition to hot dishes they offer sushi on the buffet
