We went here for Houston Restaurant Weeks. We found out that “Guy-Kaku” means “horn of the bull”. We ordered almost all the menu items. We grilled the spinach and broccoli in the foil. We grilled the zucchini, shishito peppers, and meats. We also had ice cream. We had more than enough food and we’re stuffed by the time we were done. The staff was friendly and explained to us how things work. We will definitely come back again.
I recently dined at GYU-Kaku and had a fantastic experience. The meat was exceptionally delicious, and the spicy cucumber was a standout favorite. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. Our server, Kaitlyn, was amazing , attentive, knowledgeable, and made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a great dining experience!
WOWE! The food was amazing. To start, our hostess Jessica was so welcoming with her warm greetings and well pronounced Japanese phrases. As we went on Memorial Day for dinner, it was quite busy. Despite this, Jessica was quick and efficient! Our server Lucia was so kind and graciously explained the menu. Her bright smile lit up the room and she was very accommodating. Although the servers were constantly running around taking care of multiple tables, Lucia was excellent and had such a positive attitude! Overall, it such a great experience! I would 100% recommend to everyone and anyone!
