I recently met Hollis through my business and needed to try his bbq. I got the 3 meat plate (brisket, jalapeno sausage, pork belly burnt ends) with mac n cheese and potato salad . All the meats made me happy, but the mac was probably the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend finding his truck and getting a plate.
I’m not sure where these pictures come from because the food truck in Anna didn’t offer most of this stuff. The food was absolutely terrible. The Brisket was already precooked, filled with fat, amd sitting in a bowl of oil. It was terrible. The beans were good. Worst bbq ever.
This BBQ was everything to us!!! Those pork belly burnt ends were done to perfection!!! When you see his food truck, ya better hurry up cause we are gonna be there trying our darnest to buy him out!!!
