We were there on a Friday, around 11. The place was empty, you sit yourself and the server comes to give you menus and take your order. We had ribs- dry, the meat was not flavorful, I only ate where there was barbecue sauce and it was sparse. It was tender but dry somehow? pulled pork- good, nothing to write home about but best meat on my plate (they were out of brisket and regular sausage, among other things) also Cole slaw- not seasoned at all, and practically tasteless fried pickles- seasoned and fried perfectly potato salad- unexpectedly seasoned and very good Sweet tea- good Water- good (I add this because sometimes tap water in different places tastes weird) I liked it’s close proximity to the truck stop (Love’s). We parked our truck and walked in. Tldr: The service was good, the food wasn’t great, and the location is good.
