Amazing! The staff are so sweet. The food was better than Rudy’s by a lot, in my opinion. The Turkey was so moist, the poppers are huge and wrapped with thick back on and a small layer of brisket. I think the price is very fair, and I can’t wait to go back.
I had ribs & sausage. The sausage was about one step above a hotdogs and the ribs tasted like they were cooked in a crockpot. There was not a hint of smoke, not sure how they can call it “Hot Pit BBQ”. Baked beans were bland, and the coleslaw was meh. Food was cheap, and service was okay, but probably one of the most disappointing BBQ experiences I had in Texas. I’ve got better BBQ at the Dallas Airport. My favorite part of the meal was sopping up the BBQ sauce with the Texas toast.
Very clean and large sitting area. Food was just OK. I usually like ribs Better that brisket, but they were almost out of the ribs so they didn’t taste so good. Brisket a little dry. Cole slaw was very fresh and tasted really good. Corn was buttery and delicious.
