Visited this steak house and it was not bad! The atmosphere is cozy, they confused the steaks and the degree of roasting of the meat, and the main thing is that the steaks are delicious. The meat is full of flavor. The salad and potatoes were delicious. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.
I stopped in after a long drive on a light breakfast for a late lunch. I was happy to see the enormous salad bar, but then decided to have the 6 ounce sirloin with two sides, homemade coleslaw and fried okra. Two hot rolls were brought out with regular butter and cinnamon butter. I tried to resist, but the aroma made that impossible when the waitress brought the steak and sides, I requested a steak sauce, just in case. That was unnecessary as the steak was perfectly cooked and flavorful to the very last bite. Highly recommend the slaw if you are a coleslaw fan. The fried okra served as a late night snack. I was driving so I couldn’t sample any of the rather large wine selection. This place is a “must stop” if you are anywhere near Fort Stockton! I had water with my meal, which came to under $20 before tip.
I thought the taste of the food was excellent, they served us very well, and I have no complaints, I gave 4 stars only because there are aspects to improve, but I will definitely return to this place, what we ordered was very delicious.
