Stupid workers always mess up the orders, give u the wrong order, and always forget to put ketchup like hello I ordered fries I need ketchup n for some reason they always forget to put damn napkins napkins napkins like damn you all dirty like that you think customers don’t need them or what cause we do so I always have to ask for ketchup n napkins cause they are never in the damn bag. I just got home from getting my curbside order my fries are cold my nuggets are hard n ugly my hot n spicy looks old and where is the lettuce I call McDonald’s to speak to a manager n no one answers wow u all trying to food poison customer’s 0 star
I was traveling with my family so we were around 30 min back on the road when we noticed that they had messed up our order. So I couldn’t go back to get it fixed. I specifically asked for no onions, since the hamburgers where for my kids and they dislike onions. Even if they take it off the onion flavor is still there. No they weren’t busy at all either cause there was only one car in front of me in the drive thru, so there was no reason to rush through the order and get it wrong. As a traveler I’m very disappointed cause I love McDonald’s.
Passing through town headed home from out of town work, and swung by. This one has an odd setup. There is one register, but multiple self order kiosks, which I opted for. The interior is pretty small, and no access to a soda machine to refill your own drinks. All of that is whatever. The issue is that an hour more into my drive I was violently . My wife made it an hour longer than me before she was violently ill as well. I understand that McDonalds is poison in general to the body, but I personally will be avoiding this location.
