Oh my goodness… rib tips, brisket and sausage….ALL DELICIOUS. The brisket is moist (y’all, don’t get lean…silly silly, its brisket, get it moist) the rib tips had fantastic flavor, I just love all the work of them. The sausage is also super tasty!! You can smell that it is going to be good when you pull in–whatever wood he is using, smells perfect with the smell of the meat. Side dishes…. There is brisket in the beans, the mac and cheese is super delicious!!! I’m not wild about potato salad in general, but this was cold and fresh. The fact that he has been less than a mile from my house lately, is dangerous…cuz his stuff is truly delicious. He has a well oiled machine going on there. Plus he plays good music while you wait. Having Nate so close….well, I will be spending less time at other BBQ joints in town. He became my local favorite overnight.
BEST FRIED LOBSTER I’ve ever had!! Nate is super talented!! I love his bbq the particular day his special was fried lobster tail and smoked gouda Mac it was sooo good I almost drove back and got another order
I discovered Nate a couple moths ago. I’ve stopped by his location at least twice a week since. His BBQ is second to none…perfect smoke ring on the brisket, jerk chicken spiced just right, and ribs to die for.. I’m craving Nate’s smoked goodness now, at 11:52pm.
