My recent visit to Pineapple Grill was a mixed experience. I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate with white rice and macaroni as side items. Unfortunately, the teriyaki chicken lacked distinctive flavor, and the white rice was pretty standard—nothing particularly bad or good about it. The macaroni didn’t impress me either; it was just passable. However, the service at Pineapple Grill somewhat redeemed the lackluster meal. The cashier was notably friendly and helpful, assisting me in choosing my meal, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the food was served quickly, which I appreciated. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nothing out of the ordinary, and the meal cost about $15 including tax. This price feels slightly high compared to other similar restaurants. While the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t inspire a return visit, especially given the other available options that offer more value or better taste at the same price point. I’ve settled on a four-star rating because the customer service and quick service were commendable. But if I were rating solely based on the food, it would lean towards three stars. Taste is subjective, so it might still be worth trying Pineapple Grill to see if it suits your palate better than it did mine.
such a beautiful family owned-business, everyone was welcoming and courteous. The owner was the one taking care of us and every dish was phenomenal!!! 10/10 will be coming back every chance i can, feels like a hidden gem!!
