Chef Rob and his staff were the best. So so easy and laid back to work with. Honest!! If he said he would then he did!!! So professional on site. And OH MY GOODNESS the food was AMAZING. I didn’t know any venders. I found him online. He prepare a sample plate, and with my friend Jessica Rios confirming Rob would be an excellent choice, I begin a contract with him. He, his staff, and food, was PERFECT. I could NOT have been happier. Thank you Chef Rob and Staff.
I ordered a shrimp boil for 35 people. He quoted me just over $600 – no drinks and no servers. Cool. Today, 25 minutes before our event, this was delivered. I called and asked where the rest of the food was? After 16 minutes of back and forth, I got to talk to the ‘chef’. He told me that this is 14 lbs of 16/18 shrimp. That’s 6oz of shrimp per person, plus 4oz of sausage, two potatoes and one corn. 14 lbs of 16/18 shrimp is SIX SHRIMP EACH. He was upset that I suggested that that was ludicrous to feed grown hard working men. He offered no solution. So I let him know I would leave a justifiable review. Pics of the cooler we received. It’s disgusting. The scoop they provided in the cooler is disgusting. I was feeding longshoremen. They ate the food despite the delivery conditions. But we had to get BBQ on the fly for the other half of the party.
The food is amazing. They catered our wedding and we had an amazing oyster bar with all the fixings. We always enjoy the food and service. They were also great during covid feeding the community safely. A+
