A rare 5 stars. This place is the bomb. Love the atmosphere they have created. As soon as you are in the parking lot you smell the smoke and meat. I got a 1/2 pound of moist brisket, which means it has a little delicious fat. It was sooooooooooo good. Tasty. Delicious. On point. I also got potato salad and pinto beans. Both side were perfect. Tasty. I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend.
We absolutely love Rudy’s. We stopped in to grab the family some BBQ and we got moist brisket, a whole chicken, potato salad, and beans along with a couple of banana puddings and my goodness it was so delicious! The staff are all very friendly and helpful they all seemed to be in a great mood so I’m guessing Rudy’s treats their employees good as well which is wonderful to see. Thank you to Sara H who checked us out she’s great, and she’s really an asset to your establishment. Well done ya’ll! We highly recommend you go give them a try if you haven’t, the food is amazing!
We were lucky to have tried and loved Rudy’s BBQ in Colorado Springs and when we saw the big red Rudy’s sign in New Braunfels we had to try and compare. We LOVED it! Don’t hesitate to give it a try. Clean restaurant, restrooms and perfect atmosphere.
