Sammy's Burgers & Brew

So if you ever in Beeville I really recommend this place. The food was good and had big servings. The nachos are made with white queso, different, but that’s what made them good. Wings are good and crunchy. The burgers were alright. Now, the only thing that I didn’t like was walking in and no greeting, we had to stop someone to ask where do we order. Do we get menu’s. So for everyone who’s going there for the first time, the menu is on the wall, and u order at the bar area. Now, the bartender was super nice, polite , and answered all our questions.

Update 7/13/24 – we tried takeout for dinner. We received our boxes with great wings and French fries. Update 4/24/24 – We decided to try lunch, sweet chili chicken wings with curly fries. The person taking our order was rude in the way she was taking and asking for the order. My husband and I agreed to order the same kind of flavor for chicken wings. They then asked curly fries or onion rings, like it came with the order. Then she asked what size of drink we wanted, I had to tell them we wanted water. Once our food came out, it was good. We came with a big group of people and my suggestion is there needs to be some kind of organization in the cooking area. The orders were coming out sporadically and out of order drastically. The volume of the music might be a little too loud for the lunch crowd, can’t hear each other. Update 10/9/22 – We decide to eat here after church, they have great seating outside. I had garlic Parmesan chicken wings with onion rings and my husband and our son each had the crispy chicken sandwich with a side of curly fries or onion rings. The wings are a good size and well flavored. Onion rings are some the best, great batter and not greasy! Both recommended to try the chicken sandwich next time. Four months ago – We have been to Sammy’s several times in the years past. We like their food and a variety of their menu. They have good wings, some of their starters are good a lot of their sandwiches are great tasting, including their egg sandwich! Their nachos are my favorite, with the taco meat. My recommendation is ask what you can have as toppings and which ones cost extra because their menu is not as detailed. For starters, we like the mushrooms and okra, the okra doesn’t have the usual cornmeal batter. The onion rings are great and worth trying! I tried their Caesar salad which had plenty of croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese. I ordered grilled chicken, which is extra but worth the extra $2.49 because they give you plenty, an equivalent of one chicken breast. The Caesar dressing had an extra amount of lemon, had a good tangy to it. Great dinner. They have seating inside and outside. Great place to relax and enjoy a great dinner.
