I got the Chicken Flautas, and I had to force myself to finish them. The tortillas looked like fried flour tortillas instead of corn. The chips and salsa weren’t very good either. The bathroom was gross. It had a strong smell, it wasn’t clean, and the air from the hand air drier smelled disgusting.
Very friendly service from the moment we walked in. I ordered the El Chapo Burrito. It was full of steak, shrimp, and rice! It was very flavorful and delicious. We will definitely make another trip from Amarillo to try more of the menu. Great small town spot! Had to come back and try a few other items! The Cheese sticks are amazing! ❤️
Absolutely awesome food! My wife had Tex-Mex Combination 1 and I had a Green Chili Cheeseburger with fries. The burger was nearly 8″ in diameter-huge! The flavor reminded me of A&W burgers back in the 70’s. My wife was completely satisfied with her chili relleno, soft tacos, beans and rice. All items were great but she thought the beans were striking! Finally, the salsa had perfect heat and spice! We were happy we bypassed a large town to eat at Sol’s.
