Had to repeat my order 4 times, lady was apologetic so that was fine, came out gave me my order and it was wrong, didn’t put cream in my drink, asked for a drink carrier 4 different times and I had to ask again when my drinks were brought out. I understand if they were short staffed but this isn’t the first time, I think the people they hire are to young and don’t understand what is expected of how to make sure your order is right and accounted for.
Usually we have a very good experience at Sonic, but this time, we ordered online. The car hop tried to give us our sandwiches and leave. When we asked about our drinks, she looked at us, and went inside, and at the time, it seemed very disrespectful. After 10 minutes of waiting, and discovering my sandwich didn’t have any of the extras we paid for, she comes out and asks what we are waiting on. We told her our drinks, like we told her before … again, and I informed her that my sandwich was missing the extras. At which point, she goes back inside, and a couple minutes later, comes out with our drinks, but none of the extras for the burger. Then I ask her to please get my stuff that I paid for, and then finally a couple minutes later, we collected the last bit of our order and left. Very disappointed in the service at the moment.
Came through the drive-thru, and it was quick and easy! My Smash Burger was made just like I wanted it with lots of grilled onion. It was fresh and hot as it should be. My Rt. 44 Ocean Water was also good, not too much ice either.
