When we walked in we stood in the dining In serving line but got directed over the Go to counter where we encountered Host Conor Focus your attention on your food. The To Go Container are just smaller snacks portions. We heard the host Conor say make sure to use the one marked as served first… (servicing old meat first, not fresh). Serving size was intentionally served as half of smaller portions. You could combine the two cups to fit in the palm of your hand They make sure you do not eat too much. Just by eyeballing the 3 Meat combo it weighed less than a pound of meat/with starchy vegetables. One 3-ounce cup of Green Beans as half full One 3-ounce cup of Mac & cheese as half full The quality of the meat was over cooked, dyed out two vegetable cups were starchy and cold . For example, I’m standing right in front of you. Why not just hand me the bag instead of as host, place it on the container and say y’all have a good rest of your day…as if he did us a favor. Ordered online through a food app. I ordered for a cracked pepper sandwich with baked potato! Look at what I got the meat was so old and overcooked it had turned colors. Thought the potato looked ok and as I got to the sour cream had to spit that disgusting mess out! Got refunded from the courier, but called the store to complain and the seemingly young guy who said he was manager was very nonchalant but did offer his apology. He said they teach the cooks if they wouldn’t eat it then don’t send it out!!???What a joke! I will never order from this location ever again and due to the grotesque flavor from that potato may not even order from the chain! How could they prepare this and think it was ok?! Whoever made this should be fired on the spot! So nasty! Would not trust this restaurant not just because of how the sausage looked but how the potato’s sour cream tasted! I literally feel sick to my stomach! Shame on this crew! Highly disappointed and grossed out!

The BBQ chicken and ribs were good but not worth the elevated prices. The BBQ plates used to come with all the veggies but now they limit you to two. The green beans were good but the mac and cheese was basically cheese flavored macaroni. Not many people there for a Saturday night.
