The brisket was the best that I have had in a while. Fatty deliciousness! You can ask for lean if you are on a diet or something. Ribs and sausage were also great. Mac & cheese was creamy and filling. Slaw was also really yummy. We ordered the Texas Trinity for 3 people and had leftovers, I believe it is measured to feed 4-6 people. The staff were very friendly and hooked it up with the pickles.
Brisket was good not great. Beans were awful. Tot casserole was pretty good. Brussel sprouts were very sweet and super charred/burnt. Very clean place and restrooms. Food was room temperature not hot at all. Really over priced. Wouldn’t go back
Another must stop if you are on a texas BBQ journey. The brisket sandwich was a perfect combination of onions,pickles,brisket, and bun. The switch original sausage flavor took me back to an old corner store that sold bbq.I will definitely be back for more of the delicious Bbq and amazing sides.
