This afternoon I went to Subway to grab a couple of sandwiches for my wife and I for lunch. For my wife I ordered oven roasted turkey with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mustard topped with provolone cheese. What I received was roast beef, no bacon, lettuce, tomato and mustard topped with provolone cheese. At most Subway stores you can watch the employees make the sandwiches. At this store there is a metal lid that covers the meats and cheeses so you can’t see what they are putting on the bread and after the sandwiche is toasted you can’t see the meat. Clearly you can see my wife didn’t get what was requested. If the employees can’t follow simple instructions they shouldn’t be working there. My wife has several food allergies so we expect that our orders are done correctly. If they’re not she could easily end up in the hospital. The people at Subway need to take their jobs seriously so this doesn’t happen. My wife was OK with this sandwich but it wasn’t what she requested.
Not much to look at from the outside. Both subways are just OK to me, but this one had really good service and the staff seems friendly and happy to be at work which is a plus. Got the meatball marinara protein they put extra cheese and I qualified for a free cookie by using the app so that was also a plus. Overall this is a average stock subway but the food quality and staff is a better than average.
