My concern is over the cleanliness of this Subway. I came in at lunchtime on Friday, September 27, 2024 There was a gentleman with long hair, and a full beard making the sandwiches. He did not have covering over the hair or the beard. He also handled cash with his gloved hands and then walked over to make my sandwich. I had to ask him to change gloves before making my sandwich. The lettuce was brown, the pickles were brown. I called the office to report this, and was told the GM would call me back, but no one did.
I normally love this Subway, but today the service was absolutely horrendous. The girl making sandwiches was rude and didn’t want to go to the back to get mayonnaise, so she said we don’t have any. Amazingly she found another one she could use. She obviously didn’t want to be there. Additionally, the lettuce was all brown not very fresh. Very disappointing. I am not sure I will return to this location.
This will be the 3rd time I’ve gone into this Subway and the vegetables are rotten. I walked in, looked at the lettuce, spinach and tomatoes and walked out. The manager should be ashamed for allowing their employees to serve that garbage to paying customers. By far the worst Subway I’ve ever set foot in. Do better.
