Great food, and a very helpful and charming staff. We arrived at the lunch rush, but we’re able to get through the line and be seated within 5 minutes. Don’t let the line scare you away! Food was very good. We had the brisket, pork ribs, sausage, Mac n cheese, coleslaw, beans and peach cobbler. Would hesitate to get any of them again, though we were quite surprised by the sausage, the winner for us. Being able to see the smokers outside was a treat! The employees came to explain everything to my daughter and I, and was a lot of fun to see how they operate. Would love to visit again!
Have a thick wallet. However, since I didn’t have to nurse a BBQ Pit for 12 hours, I’m ok with that. The stars of the show are the pit masters. You are greeted by them immediately, and they will tell you how they cook and show you the smokers. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very very good. It was a great experience. They can handle a lot of people easily.
This is a nice place. Good texas style BBQ. All cooked with post oak. Brisket was perfect. Flavor was spot on. Tender with a touch of fat. Jalapeño cheese sausage was very good. Plenty of cheese and really great flavor. Pork rib was cook perfect. Not fall off the bone but tensor. Kinda sweet flavor. Turkey breast was moist and also good. Coleslaw was good but had kale for some reason. Pick that out and you are good to go.
