Definitely eat here! Our potatoes were delicious, and the sides were decent. The banana pudding was not homemade, but it was okay. Mac-n-cheese, green beans, baked beans, and roasted corn were lightly seasoned, so I think that would appeal to a lot of people. As far as the potatoes, we agreed that fresh chives would take it up a notch. We will eat here again!
$18.49 honestly feel robbed. They were out of everything I wanted so I ended up getting this and it’s just barely any food. When he said “would you like anything else, that will be 18.49” I should’ve left and let them keep the food because this is sad.
My wife and I stopped here on the way from the Temple area to eat, and it didn’t disappoint. The meat was delicious, and the sides were on point! My wife had the banana pudding for dessert, and it was awesome! This location will definitely be a go-to for us when in the area. Ms. Wylinda was very hospitable, courteous, and made sure we left full as ticks!
