I recently visited Willie’s Grill and Icehouse, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Hubby had their burger and was raving that it was absolutely top-notch—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I had the cheesesteak it was busting with flavor and oh so delicious, with tender meat and gooey cheese that hit all the right notes. Our friends tried the pulled pork, which they said was incredibly tasty, with just the right amount of smokiness and tenderness. The fries were a highlight too—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Pair that with the amazing service we received, and it made the visit even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was spotless, and there was plenty of parking available, which made the whole experience even more convenient. If you’re looking for great food in a clean and welcoming environment, Willie’s Grill and Icehouse is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!
Visited Willie’s Grill and Icehouse for the very first time onSaturday 25Aug. The atmosphere was great. Didn’t take us long with submitting our order and getting seated. For appetizers, we chose the fried onions and fried jalapeños. Both came out hot and were very good. For the main course, my Wife had the smothered steak with sides of seasoned rice and street corn. The smothered steak was cooked to her liking. She felt it was good, but not great. She didn’t particularly care for the street corn. I had the catfish and shrimp combo with seasoned rice and coleslaw for my sides. Shrimp was delicious and bigger than most served at restaurants. The catfish was pretty good. Coleslaw seemed to be missing something but was good overall. Our experience with the meals, service, and atmosphere was very good.
Willie’s is always a great spot to relax after work and get a great meal. The wings and rings were both flavorful and crispy. Never a disappointment in any of my many visits.
