Followed my nose here from my hotel down the street. Thought it was going to be a basic BBQ place and at my own fault I should’ve researched the menu before visiting. 95% of options on the menu just had way to many ingredients for my taste. It was way over complicated when all I really wanted was some southern BBQ. I wound up getting a side of pulled pork and some type of potatoes wedge as the side. The potatoes were good & salty, the pulled pork was just fatty as can be (not in a good way). I left hungry. My service from the server was not great. I asked for my check and he completely forgot about me for 20ish mins or so until he happened to walk past me for another table. The atmosphere was great and would be a totally fun place to have some drinks with friends & vibe to music. That’s why I would go back, not for the food but for the vibe itself.
What a fun place!! We were visiting from out of town & so glad we stumbled upon this restaurant! The only thing I would “complain” about is the parking. They are situated in a corner and several businesses around them do not allow you to park in their lots… there was valet parking, but we didn’t see that until we were already in the restaurant. That put us going into to restaurant backwards, so we had to go around the building, only to be sat by the same hostess who told us to go around the building. It was a bit pointless, but not earth shattering, just good info to know. The food was fresh & hot. The smoked hummus was unexpectedly delicious! Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the drinks and made a great suggestion for margaritas. All in all a wonderful trip and we will hopefully visit again soon!
Very good food and treatment. The fan went out while eating manager tried fixing it. The waitress was very tentative as well. Definitely recommend this place! My husband and I had a great time!
