Hmmmm???? So delicious indeed! Youngs BBQ is so good, the brisket my wife and I had amazing. So was the sausage. My wife and I have eaten at Youngs BBQ many times, and they have, not once, disappointed my wife and I. Great place! Also, their brisket has such a unique taste to it. The rub/seasoning used gives it an amazing flavor. If you love BBQ (what true blood Texan doesn’t) then try out Youngs BBQ. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
Breakfast was so good!!! Who doesn’t want to start their day with brisket and eggs?! Not many places in Lampasas to get breakfast, let alone a good breakfast at reasonable prices. The omelet was only okay, but then, to be fair, I like a ton of veggies in my omelet and this isn’t exactly a veggie kind of place. The pancake was flipping awesome!!!! Like dessert with syrup. Everyone here is so kind. Food is made fresh so give it a minute. You won’t regret eating here.
Stopped here for lunch after a morning full of hiking nearby. Brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage were top notch! The sides are simple but all made from scratch and very flavorful. Barely had room for dessert but the bread pudding was amazing too!
