Coolest of the cool. Food will not disappoint and service is great. The chicken fried steak is top notch. They use only the best meats from superb suppliers. The best comfort food this side of the Mississippi! The atmosphere is comfy and unique at the same time and you’ll genuinely feel like your mom is serving up those spectacular meals. Our favorites also include the fish plate or the fried chicken. The chicken fried chicken is superb too!
We love this place and this family. The care and warmth of the service carries through with the delicious food, which as the sign says is served with love. Just came from their special Valentines dinner which was wonderful – worth the drive from Austin! UPDATE: we took a friend and she agreed, even better than we had said! UPDATE: some great new menu items and restaurant modifications – all good!
