Great roadside BBQ in Liberty. Had the sausage and brisket (some fatty and some lean) platter with baked beans and potato salad. Brisket was so tender and flavorful, great smoke flavor and not overpowering . Their sauce compliments it very well when just drizzled a little. The sausage was delicious and good snap. No frills to the sides but I’m good with that because they put all their effort into the main event. Nice job.
Good BBQ. Be sure and specify thickness of meat. Our brisket and turkey were cut very thick. One pound of brisket was 5 slices. Other than that, great food and service.
My 1st time here!!! I saw them on Fb. And mapped out my trip to Liberty TX. I got the sliced brisket sandwich and potatoes salad. It did not disappoint. Brisket so tender!! Yummy
